We ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii by priority mail. Due to continuing problems with foreign delivery, we only ship to addresses in the United States, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.   *Information is encrypted by our secure server while traveling over the internet to ensure security. Customer information is not stored on the internet server. No credit card information is included with receipts or accompanies the merchandise. Return Policy All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RAN) which may be obtained by calling 239-282-0471 by writing to us via e-mail. Returning merchandise without a RAN# will result in a 15% service charge. Any Open bottles may not be returned. Open skin care products may not be returned. ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO THE PO BOX. MERCHANDISE SENT BY MAIL TO THE STREET ADDRESS WILL NOT BE RECEIVED. Supplements & Kratom All returns must be within 30 of the receipt of your order. You must call or email first to receive a return authorization number. All returned Nutritional Supplements, and skin care products must be unopened in order to receive credit. We can not give credit for opened bottles of supplements, or skin care. All returned un-opened supplements will be given a full refund less the original cost of shipping. Due to the volatility surrounding Kratom, we can not accept any Kratom returns. Merchandise All other merchandise must be returned within 20 days of receipt in order to obtain a credit. Jewelry is guaranteed against defects for 30 days from reciept. Defective merchandise will either be replaced and re-shipped without charge or a full credit given. All merchandise that is not defective must be returned in it's original box in re-sellable condition to receive credit. The original shipping charge will not be refunded.
